The Centers for Quality Teaching and Learning is a non-profit agency dedicated to helping teachers reach every student, every day. QTL offers sustained, intensive and effective professional development programs for teachers and instructional leaders.

Technology Plus Professional Development Plus Dedication...

The latest in a series of federally funded demonstration projects driven by the North Carolina Technology Association once again shows the power of instructional technology in the hands of teachers who know how to use it effectively. The 2010 NCTA project brought additional technology to Northside Elementary School in rural Warren County - and provided QTL professional development to help teachers get the most out of the new tech tools. The video below is taken from a celebration at the culmination of the project.
